Lucy Porter

Lucy Porter is a new name to me in the Comedy world, but she has an impressive c.v. of those she has written for.

She many be tiny, standing only 5 foot tall, but this lady is large with talent. This is Lucy's first 'Edinburgh' as a solo stand up and she relates some of the experiences with this venture so far.

In truth, most of her show is biographical, starting with a slide show of some of her childhood and moving gradually up to date. She separates the past, the present and the future with her playing two separate characters, she claims because she has some tops she wants to wear!!

She is equally at home chatting to her audience, or with no punches pulled material and the hour slipped past all too soon.

I hope Lucy returns next year to the Fringe, because I would like to see her again before she becomes the star she undoubtedly will be.
