Boom
Chicago is back with a brad new show, could this be the replacement
for “Pickups
and Hiccups”? We certainly think so!
Brendan
Hunt and Jordan Peele try to make the audience decide whether they
like think White People or Black people are best, based on the
sketches in the show. With some suggestions from the audience round
which they improvise, other set pieces (some of which go astray,
partly because of the language barrier) Brendan and Jordan work both
with and against each other.
I
was beginning to think my sense of humor might be getting jaded but
from their first entrance to their final exit I was almost in tears
aching with laughter and even now thinking back I’m chuckling to
myself.
When
will the ‘Perrier’ award judges come to their senses and award
this ultra talented company. The
again perhaps not as the curse of the ‘Perrier’ might strike and
we’d never see Boom Chicago again and that would be hell! (not biased honest!!)
Don't
forget to see this years other production "Rock
Stars"
